About Frances
Frances J. Smith was born in a small farming town in California. She and her husband reside in Western North Carolina. Together, they have three daughters and seven grandchildren. Frances is Hispanic and has six other siblings who currently reside in California.
Frances's interests lie in walking her dog Bear in the mountainous area where she lives. She enjoys watching the various birds in her yard that nest throughout the year. She also loves taking photographs of family and nature. She likes gardening and writing short stories.
